Ceilidh dances are still popular in Scotland at weddings and other events with couples whirling round the room together for a Gay Gordons or Military Two-step, or taking part in a set dance with other couples in dances like The Eightsome Reel and Strip The Willow. We have lots of great ceilidh dance CDs including a fair number on our own label: Highlander Music.

Ceilidh Bands that we have recorded include Ian Hutson, Lindsay Weir, Jim Lindsay, Graham Geddes, Sandy Nixon and Shetland favourites Da Fustra.
