Brooches

Brooches are popular jewellery items around the world, but here in the Highlands of Scotland the brooch has a special place in our hearts as it was a key part of traditional dress - used to hold the tartan in place.

Nowadays brooches are made, and worn, that reflect the traditional Celtic knotwork, or modern styles, but in all cases the large size compared to a ring, earring or necklace makes it possible to have a more dramatic statement piece.
