A potent mix of traditional Celtic sounds and American folk and bluegrass strains. Mae McKenna was the vocalist in the popular group Contraband. This is her first fully acoustic album, featuring the huge talents of Billy Jackson (Uilleann Pipes, Flute, Tin Whistle, Harp, Keyboards) and Peter Cairney (guitar), both former fellow Contraband members.
Also appearing in the line-up are: John Mock (guitar, whistle, bodhran), Bill Verdier (fiddle) Deborah Packard (vocals), Randy Howard (fiddle, mandolin), Vince Farsetta (5 string banjo), Wes Hightower & Lee Satterfield (backing vocals) and Dennis Crouch (double bass).
