Description
A super-star of the Scottish music scene Julie Fowlis had reached millions through her fabulous singing that broke into the mainstream audiences even though until this album all her songs were in Gaelic. When she was then featured as the singing voice of Merida in Disney's film "Brave" she reached a whole new worldwide audience.
On this album she has several guest singers including Mary Chapin Carpenter, Gillebride MacMillan and Danu's singer Muireann Nic Amlaoibh. There are plenty of great musicians too including our local hero on the fiddle - Duncan Chisholm.
