Description

Jim McKillop grew up playing the mouthorgan, banjo, accordion and guitar, but it was at the age of 26 when he took up the fiddle that the real magic started to happen. With his natural musical abilities he became a champion fiddler in a few years and went on to perform across Europe and America. He writes some of the tunes he plays and has even made the fiddle he plays on for this album - yes sickeningly talented!

Jim McKillop plays fiddle & viola with Cathal Hayden (banjo), Patricia Kelly (harmony fiddle), Garry O'Briain (mandocello, keyboards & acoustic guitar), Paul Gurney (electric guitar), James Blennerhasset (double bass) and Danny Byrt (percussion).
