Description
Terra Incognita is a wonderful selection of tunes, showing the Dysart & Dundonald Pipe Band's particular competitive strengths and fluency of style. Dysart & Dundonald have a long history & cast an even longer shadow - Intercontinental Champions, 7 times Scottish Champions, 3 times British Champions, twice World Champions... they're good!
A 'live' concert by this Grade 1 pipe band from Fife, Scotland, under the leadership of Pipe Major Brian Lamond. The Band enlisted the help of some outstanding guest musicians including Michael Philip, a top accordionist from the Scottish dance band scene, Sandy Stanage, a fine guitarist who has a solo album to his credit and has guested on many other Scottish albums, plus other musicians. This has given what is an excellent piping album greater depth and wider interest.
